Central Development Corporation Seeks Expression of Interest from interested businesses for leasing opportunities at 169 Industrial Drive Borden-Carleton.
November 10, 2020: Central Property Management (CPM) is seeking business owners, entrepreneurs, companies and organizations, interested in potential opportunities for tenancy in our newly acquired building located at 169 Industrial Drive, Borden-Carleton, PEI.
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to establish a list of potential tenants to occupy approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of this ground floor light industrial commercial space located in the Borden-Carleton Business Park.
We are looking for diverse usage that fits with our vision and mandate for economic development in Rural PEI. Immediate occupancy may be negotiated. Selection of tenants will be based on those uses and businesses that are:

Promote economic growth and sustainability in the area.

Provide long term employment for local residents.
The submission period is now open. Interested proponents must submit a letter listing their business information, nature of business and space needed. These letters will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. The Expression of Interest is non-binding. The proponent submits for information only and completing a submission does not guarantee the proponent a leased space.
All submissions will be reviewed and proponents that meet the criteria will be contacted for further discussions. CPM reserves the right to negotiate and lease to any party whether they have submitted an Expression of Interest or not.
