9 – Q: “Further to our discussion during the site visit is it still the intent of this work to identify a single engineering consulting firm to work with CDC or would a team of various consultants working under a Prime Consultant be acceptable.”
ANS: Yes, it is understood that the winning firm would be the primary contact and work with a team.
